My very first time at my eye Dr., Bartlett location. And I was very impressed!! They are all awesome!! Everyone of them very nice friendly and so helpful. The Optometrist there explains everything to you very well!! And I will be coming back!! Dnt know about anybody else experience with them. But from me they get a 5 Plus!!!!!

I would not suggest this location AT ALL! I purchased 4 sets of eyeglasses for myself and my kids. Worst experience I ever had. Chose this location for convenience since my regular eye doctor was too far to go to. Big mistake! Purchased insurance for my kids eyeglasses. We purchased name brand eyewear to make sure quality! I am not sure about the authenticity of the eyewears; however, I have no way to find out! Well, when we tried to apply insurance for one of the eyeglasses, we were told insurance was good only for one year. At no time the sales lady explained this to us. This place is not operating ethically and I would avoid them, they sold services to my wife for eye exam that was not necessary!
