This is the most unprofessional service I have ever dealt with. If I could give zero stars I would. We had a service scheduled for 5:30 and it was confirmed by the business owner. At 6 we realized he was a no show and once we asked if he still planned to come, he responded that he would be there at 7. Absolutely no communication. We are very understanding but to not communicate and not even apologize for YOUR ERROR is not acceptable. We will be sure to let every industry professional we know to never use this company.

Courtney Lytle is a sham electrician at best. He did NOT complete the work that he stated in his contract with me, and rather than be honest about it, he is now ignoring all calls and texts. Needless to say, he already has my money (my lesson learned, but I trusted him). DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY, HE CAN BARELY DO THE WORK OF ANY WEEKEND DIYER, AND WILL NOT FINISH ANYTHING THAT INVOLVES A REAL ELECTRICIAN. Turns out, he is not even licensed in the state of Tennessee. I should have done my homework yes, but if I can keep anyone else from getting scammed by him, it is worth this review. If there was a zero stars rating, he would get it. DO NOT BOOK SERVICES WITH THIS COMPANY! No services was performed, because he did not show up OR try to reschedule! All I wanted was an estimate! I booked online, through his website and he has refused the answer my calls. Surprisingly he immediately texted me when I called from a number that was not on the work order. After telling him who I was and informing him of him being over an hour late for my appointment, I asked for a refund. He has yet to return my money for services he did not render. Hes obviously scamming people after looking at the BBB website and seeing that he has done this more than once. Same actions no call, no show and not answering the phone. Its okay if someone makes a mistake. This was clearly not a mistake. He do this often. Theres no telling how many people havent said anything about the bad customer service. Smh DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
