This place usually does pretty well, are used them weekly... They just hired a new Latin-American woman who is extremely slow, speaks limited English, and apparently can't count. She tried to charge me for 12 shirts after I told her there were 11. The correction (after I recounted to verify) took her another several minutes... Turning the entire trip into a 15 minute ordeal when it used to take two. Hopefully this woman is a short term replacement, or as a fast learner... Otherwise I'm going to have to find another cleaner.

Literally horrible. They find the employees off of Summer Avenue and they know nothing. I--  Did I mention they lost my clothes?  Consumers beware!

Literally standing in the rain 30 minutes before they're supposed to be closed, with a sign that reads 'Will be back in 10 minutes'. I wouldn't bother except I need my clothes for work tomorrow. Never coming back here again.
