My wife had a horrible experience with the Dr who would not examine an allergic reaction from medication she prescribed 1 week earlier ,(for a different issue). My wife pleaded with her to examine the terrible spread of the rash, and she absolutely refused to look at the seriousness of the reaction. She insisted on a new appointment to maximize her billings. Her staff was very apologetic for the way this was handled. We wrote a letter to the doctor, but never received a reply. We refused to make another appointment with them. We went to another Dermatologist, who quickly diagnosed that it was not what Dr. M had diagnosed. Rather, it was a simple, fungicidal treatment that was cured with over-the-counter inexpensive medication. Buyer beware of this clinic

Dr. Mullick was awesome. She listened to all my concerns and has really helped with my issues. Wonderful staff!

My visit with Dr. Mullick was very pleasant and quick. It didnt seem rushed and she answered all of my questions thoroughly. The office staff was very polite. My only complaint was the wait time. My appointment was at 11am and I got there at 10:45. I wasnt called to the back until almost noon.

I can't begin to explain how rude and insensitive she was with my skin questions. I was searching for options that would be safe/natural recommendations for my severe acne due to me hoping to get pregnant later in the year. She told me that I couldn't get pregnant while using the prescription she would recommend bc my baby WOULD be deformed. Her saying that wasn't the problem. It was HOW she said it, and that she repeated it over and over even after I told her that wasn't the direction I wanted to go anyways. She still continued to explain the negatives on this particular prescription. I had to stop her! Her approach was completely out of line. I repeated myself about safe/natural options, and she told me she couldn't help me. She acted like I was wasting her time. No, she completely wasted my time and took my money!

Called 4 separate days and left 4 separate voicemails to the front desk and the nurse line. No-one ever called me back. I ran out of medicine and needed a refill. They obviously dont care about their patients. Shame on them. Also, whenever you go to see the actual doctor, they will spend 3 minutes with you at most. Had enough of this office, awful service, will be going elsewhere. Looks like similar experiences with other patients if you read through the reviews.
