They are strict about appointments very strict I showed up 30 minutes early and got sent away and was told to come back 5 minutes before there is one way in and one way out. The entrance is off of challenge driver it is tight so be careful and go slow if needed. Lots of truck and yard dogs constantly moving all over. The dock itself there isnt much room to manuevour in a rookie and took me 30 minutes haha. After you back to the dock disconnect from the trailer and then wait for green light they will bring out paperwork

Do not show up before your appointment, if you are delivering. They will not take you early.

Easy to find and get to. Come in off Quest Dr and turn left then right into the lot and stop at guard shack. If you have a pickup name instead of a number it may still be right as they use a name sometimes. Follow the traffic East to exit the lot. After you get a door, and get the green light again they will have your paperwork at the door once you pull away from it. No idea if they have facilities or not. It took them about three hours to load me. To leave you can exit then turn left, go to light and either go North or South depending on your direction. Not a bad place, they just don't load very fast.
