I have been getting bills from this place for a few months for, supposedly, two missed appointments. I reached out to their billing department to dispute these bills because I did not miss them and have the billing statements and receipts to prove so. Each time we called, we were assured we would be called back and get everything sorted. We never received a call back and kept getting bills, eventually stating that the balance would be sent to collections.
After this most recent call (third call today), they finally agreed that I had, in fact, been at the office during the supposedly missed appointments. BUT, lo and behold, they found some other money I supposedly owed from back in 2018! I'm sure THOSE records are air tight, as you can tell from the previous bills. And they wanted to retroactively charge me for every month of missed payments, adding up to over $1000.
Avoid this place at all costs. They will literally bill you for nothing, argue with you on the phone to gaslight you into paying, and try to send the falsified bill to collections.

They do a good job the lady at the front desk was nice the young lady that clean my teeth she hurt my teeth real bad and the same day got a teeth pull the lady pull my teeth she took her time

do not go here lady hurt me while cleaning my teeth said she was doing it as a favor and got an attitude, told me i had holes in my teeth that needed to be repaired then didnt repair them, told me my insurance wont cover it until 6 months from now even if im in pain they obviously dont know what theyre talking about and all have attitudes. only front desk lady is nice..
