I wish I could give ZERO stars DO NOT GO HERE! I was a new patient my first time at this office. I chose it because they had availability on the date that I needed. This place is utterly disgusting, mold all on the walls and ceiling, the dental chairs are rusted torn and look dirty as well equipment they tried to put in my mouth was filthy I asked the hygienist if she would put that in her mouth or even cover it with plastic she said no I wouldnt but its sterilized. STERILIZED WHERE? Needles to say I didnt make it past the x-ray I left. The final straw was when I told the hygienist that I didnt feel comfortable putting a dirty piece of equipment in my mouth the entire team came in to look at who the person was that said it. I asked why everyone came in the room to hear me decline yet again & at that point I left. You dont have a private room youre sharing a room with someone else getting their mouth cleaned and hearing what issues they have clear as day. No privacy between patients or staff apparently VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I shouldve taken pictures of this place I have no idea how they are able to operate under these filthy conditions. I instantly filed a complaint with my insurance company, worst dental experience ever. Do not recommend for anything. Id rather wait 6 months for availability in a professional and clean environment vs Experimenting with a shortcut The Dental Connection. There is a reason why they have the ratings that they do in addition to constant availability. I see why.

The office is centrally located. When you enter, you're greeted with a smile by a friendly staff. After your exam, they work out a plan so that you can afford the exact work that you need. Other dentist offices coherse, obligate and attempt to commit you into work that you may not need or want. They are very caring to your specific needs and work with you according to your needs.The Doctors are awesome and caring. They take the time and explain what you need where it's understandable. Most importantly, the technicians, hygienist and Dr.s insure that you don't experience any pain. I fully recommend the Dental Connection!!
