I arrived about 1045 on a Monday, due to not having received a return call from Dr. Bell's assistant about transferring my medication to them.
To be honest, they are only a few blocks from my home, and i was thinking about Medical, Dental, as well as Behavioral.
I arrived, and noticed a sign that said everyone had to stop and get temp. checked.
The security desk was to the right of the door, and I didn't see it.
A Security GUARD, with an attitude, stopped me, and when I tried, heard what s it sayin?

Third time, was 97 something.

I left. Just because I have white hair, and wear glasses doesn't mean I can't remember a three digit number for 5 seconds.

This clinic is ghetto! Ive had nothing but terrible experiences coming here several times in 1 year. I only come here for the dentist for me and my daughter. The first time I came here back in March, I had no idea that they do an exam only for the first appointment. Youd think thats something theyd tell you when you make the appointment considering no other clinic does this. Other clinics do the exam and cleaning the same day. I had no idea that I would have to make ANOTHER appointment. When I went in for my cleaning, I apparently had a lot of build up since I went a year without a cleaning, the lady was very condescending about it. They spent 2 hours cleaning only HALF of my mouth from the build up. I had to make ANOTHER appointment for me to get the other half of my teeth cleaned in which only took 30 minutes. I then learned the first time I had a student cleaning my mouth who doesnt even work there, again something they should inform patients since we are taking time off work and our day to be there. So me and my daughter had cavities that needed to be filled, I have had to reschedule my appointment several times for this because theyre appointments never work with my schedule and they reschedule so far away. So today I take my daughter in for her 6 month cleaning and they have a student cleaning her teeth apparently because she took an hour to do it and when the instructor came in to check, she told her to go back in and clean some more. Then on top of that I never have been to a clinic where the receptionist doesnt write the school excuse. They made me wait again for the dental hygienist to write the school excuse which took her damn near 10 minutes. Probably would have taken her longer had I not said anything. We spent 2 hours at the clinic just for a simple cleaning. After this year I will not be going back to this clinic. They are disorganized as hell.

I was a little hesitant about coming here from reading the negative reviews. The lady that took our temp was very kind and caring. The front desk (Shani) is super patient and kind. The back office: the young lady (Montresa) that worked with (Dr. Wahaftig) was very informative about explaining the history of the facility. She loves her Job...Dr. Wahaftig is great at what she does. She express great concerns on the well-being of her patients, A+ bedside manners.I don't care about waiting a little longer for Great Quality care and getting to know my provider vs getting pushed through like cattle. Remember, Great Quality Customer Service starts at the top. 7/19/2023 update please get a 2nd opinion with your B/p checks..In the past they have written elevated B/p checks in my chart.. they would not listen when I tried to tell them that my B/P doesn't run that high..Thanks Mrs Fannie for listening and not getting puffed up when I explained to you about my B/p. My 1st time getting a correct reading because she took the time to use a manual B/p machine..
