        Dr. Wilson is personable and seems very caring, but I have had to have all of his work re-done with a new dentist. Their phone system needs to be replaced or staff needs retraining. I had a dental emergency over the weekend. I called and got their VM. The message said to call the number provided if there was an emergency. The phone number was invalid and I had a serious dental emergency. VM messages are rarely returned. The last time I had an urgent dental matter, I left 3 messages and never got a call back. They've lost my trust. I tried to speak to them about the issue, but nobody wanted to listen. I was cut off. Nobody showed any concern. I was never offered an apology either.
