        I have been shopping at sallys for years in all different locations in Memphis. I hadn't gone to this sallys in the mall before so I just needed to pick up a few things. When me and my 2 family members come in we are instantly stared up and down at, one of the employees did greet us and asked if we need help but I knew what I was looking for. On the other hand there was one employee didn't catch her name but she has natural red hair, who constantly stared at me and proceeded to follow me around the store. I have worked retail (cosmetic) for more then 8 years and I know when someone one is following me to see if im a theif. You need proper loss prevention training if you are gonna assume if someone is stealing not just following them around. I'm pretty sure I'm not gonna shop at this sallys for awhile if not ever. But I will still continue to do so online!
