        Front desk NEVERRR answers the phone. I have tried calling 3 days in a row during office hours and still no answer or no return call. Front desk is horrible. Dr.Copeland is wonderful however. Needs new staff

        When you have appointment you should not have to wait almost two hours before they call you back. Front desk is so unprofessional.

        Haven't been here in a while. 10 years to be exact. Got a bill from them from 10 years ago for less than $5. Called them about it and was told if it wasn't paid immediately, it would be turn over to collections. What? Turning something for less than $5 over to collections, and you wasn't concerned enough to send me a bill after service? BTW, insurance paid almost 100% of this bill 10 years ago. Never will I go back. The Office personnel are rude and unprofessional. And remember, the bill was 10 years old & less than $5.
