As a current resident of over 2 years I would love to hear from someone above Lynn the property manager who will never return phone calls, does the bare minimum, and does not take care of residents needs. I would love someone to provide another number we can call. The entire community has been complaining about this forever. Please someone else be available and actually take a phone call and deal with stuff. I love living here and my neighbors but management is terrible. I have MANY fact based stories and pictures to back it up.

Do not rent anywhere near 6750. The HOA/Management are allowing a psychotic drug user live in this area. I was told this tenant would be forced out, but they continued to live there for 6 months. I had to deal with the smell of cigarettes every single day as well as the roaches that were attracted. Not only that but I had to call the police several times a week for an entire year for the endless screaming and yelling coming from this unit at all times of the day and night. All of this and management was still unable to evict this tenant. Not a single one of my emails were returned and my phone calls and voicemails were all ignored after 7-8months of complaints

Nice place to stay ,close by grocery, gas station, lot of restaurants, drugstore like Walgreens.

Terrible will sell out from under you rushing you out in 30 days. Did not respect tenants affected by COVID . Even though the sort payments were being paid by government. Accepted a payment and did not give credit for it in app folio. Turn off water from 10 am to 2pm at least twice a week. Exterior needs painting or power washing and many concrete repairs. Bugs flare up about twice a year. Many people say they are prejudice.
