Starbucks

This has got to be the worst store in Starbucks history. They have enough employees but not enough employees actually working. And rude is an understatement. Most of the time I wonder if they are truly out of certain things or its too much work to do their job. If I was corp this location would be closed down to avoid they reputation being damaged due to this store. STAY CLEAR !!!!! And I ordered ahead and still waited over 30 minutes for my order while I watched employees play on their phones and cut up horsing around

Everything was great except the ice coffee I ordered. The flavoring of it was a bit light on the pumps. I wasn't watching him make it, so I didn't know there was so few flavored pumps until after I was gone.

Drive thru line was not long, but speed of service did not match the length of queue. Two vehicles ahead of me exited the line without being served due to the wait.

I love all Starbucks locations, but this specific one hasnt mastered making a carmel frappe. Today I ordered a different drink and a warmed cheese danish that has a straight black hair on it. In the photo you can see that I pushed it to the side.
