They're super overwhelmed, waited almost 30 minutes for a frappe want be back!!!!!

The food might have been standard quality for Starbucks, but getting one part of the meal over 25 minutes after the other made for a mismatched meal, cold food with my coffee.
They were clearly short staffed for their volume of work. Staff couldn't find a fork for me. Let me stand at pick up station for over 20 minutes without asking what I was waiting for, even after other 3bother customers that waited less time asked for their drinks and got their order expedited for doing so.
After all that, the drink didn't taste like it usually does. Would recommend trying one of the other locations in that area...there are at least two others really close by!
