J.Crew at Saddle Creek is absolutely amazing! the employees have the best customer service of probably any business that I've encountered. Their manager is incredibly kind every time I've spoken to her on the phone. J crew has higher-end clothing and, yes, it can be a bit pricey. However they've had some good sales lately. As of right now, everything is 30 to 50% off. I always have a pleasant experience when I shop there because they're dressing rooms are open and the employees actually assist you when you need it. They ask if you need a different size and we'll give their honest opinion when asked. I feel like they get new clothing fairly often but they keep their styles around long enough for you to get what you need. I'm not the most traditional girl, but J crew just has that classic classy vibe and their clothes are extremely well made. They have styles from cashmere to loungewear.

Shout Out to Hannah! not only is she friendly, professional and very sweet. she is very accommodating and i love coming in just to see and talk to her. ive had a few returns to make and every time she takes care of things and always happy to help!
