Clean Sweep Of America

When I booked it was 4 people for 4 hours at $150/hr. I told her I wanted 4 hr max. We had increased from 2hrs after the tile replacement made the house pretty dusty. They arrived and promptly got to work. Some of the things were amazing, some of the things they focused on confused my husband and I, like two antique chairs they spent about 20-30 min per chair? It was mostly pretty clean, but I had a couple issues. One of the tubs had smears of grime I assume (gross I know but I let cleaning fall as we got the house ready to move). It took me two minutes with a magic eraser to get rid of it, so it shouldn't have still been there after they cleaned. The vacuum didn't work. I pointed it out, and I'm pretty sure she ran it back over, then swept it up. I say that bc I know she didn't vacuum the stairs, she swept them, which kicked dog hair into the sides of the stairs that I then had to wipe off. I will definitely have to vacuum for the carpet cleaner later this week. I had to point out that the bedroom furniture had not been dusted. The woman said it had, and I wiped part of the dust off to show her. It looked great after she did it that time. Otherwise the floors and dusting were great. The rest of the bathrooms looked great, too. Not bad; we're just not impressed. And when the time came to pay, it was awkward. Only 3 people showed up. They stayed 5 hrs 20 min. So she had to explain. The price adjusted to $120/hr with only 3 people, so it was about the same.

I have used several businesses to clean my home. Some are not good the first time. Some start our good but it doesnt last. Clean Sweep provides consistency great cleaning and thats why I love them !
