This companies SMOKE EATER is good as it can be. But due to shortages, price increase (gas, food, and etc), I would highly suggest this company (Delta Foremost Chemical Corp.) go all paperless (invoices, packing slips, etc.) Send the invoices of the product (s) your customer buys to their email. The reason is because of the Fasten File Folders are increasing again ($48.59/BOX with tax your looking at around about $52.. that's a lot of money for a file in a box. WE WANT TO DECREASE AND PREVENT POLLUTION, SAVE ATMOSPHERE, AND MORE! GEAUX GREEN!! #ChangeIsNeeded #ChangeIsPossible

We've had a horrible experience. The salesperson Justin Cooper is unprofessional and doesn't explain nor show the exact fees of how much the order will round out to be. He introduced himself came into our company and of course talked about how good of a product he sells. He quoted us a price showed us his laptop and said his laptop wasn't fully charged and he would later in the day give us the full amount with shipping and all. He took our credit card information, he then created an invoice and fake signed our signature with an amount that we did not agree on. Not only did he charge the amount he took the liberty to send the product without notification of a freight tracking nor estimated time of delivery. When I reached out to this salesperson Justin Cooper, he was not helpful and was just giving us the run around about fees and freight and how he just wasted his time with our company. He stated that $300.00 dollars was not going to hurt our company. This is not a way to maintain a happy customer I felt humiliated by the way we were treated. I reached out to the company and no one there was able to give me explanation of how we were mistreated and lied to. The company stated once an invoice is signed, there are policies to follow and that we would just have to pay for the invoice amount. I also mentioned where he forged our signature on the invoice and they just by passed that. The company offered a $67.00 reimbursement toward the product and did not do anything about our concerns. At this point we were not willing to keep this product, nor we would want to continue doing business with Delta Foremost. Justin Cooper is not a trusted salesperson.

I was a sales rep for Delta Foremost and was trained by Justin Cooper. Im currently with a different company, and in a line of sales that better suits my strengths. I have nothing but good things to say about my trainers and this company. I have no financial backing or reason to write this, but I felt it needed to be known that I was getting trained by Justin on that day we went to this account where Anita Trevino had such a horrible experience. Contrary to what was written, we DID specifically talk about shipping to these people over and over again. I remember this well as Justin was adamant in saying the shipping costs are approximately the same whether its a small amount or big amount of this specific type product. And after the lady gave us her credit card to purchase the small pail, as he was filling out the order, his computer did in fact run out of power or freeze. However, since I had my tablet, we managed to fill everything on my order form. The rest of her gripe seems like buyers remorse to me. Ultimately, her dispute I think was over 40-50 dollars that we were off on shipping, but we tried to make up for it with free product or crediting her, but she was having none of it. Final thought and opinion: Delta Foremost has good products, good structure, and good managers who train well and always attempt to back up their reps. I enjoyed my time there.

Hands Down!! The Best Company I have ever been apart of. Great products, Great Training Program, Support staff that helps with everything you need to take care of your customers. The benefits and incentives are really GREAT as well.
