I went in with a question about billing. The phone reps told me to go into the store to finish the transaction. The representative on the phone was very helpful. However, Once I went into the store location , the man told me that I had no clue what I was talking about , nor did the representative. He was very short and RUDE in his response to anything I asked. People wonder why their stores and businesses take losses, but I know exactly why! This sort of unprofessional Is just commonplace and some establishments now. The man who is usually there needs some customer service training ASAP. I guess when you are an independent store you dont care about anything because you dont have to answer to the higher corporate people.. but bad businesses always eventually fall under- you guys will see the level of professionalism you have- but only if you have a problem that needs to be solved.. if you do, I suggest to go elsewhere. Stay blessed everyone. Its a lot of mean people out here
