Hi Kaitlin. After checking your profile history we have found that you have been a client and with the same colorist since 2022. (With the exception of your move where you stated you tried to find a place closer to your new home and were unhappy with the services rendered there and this is why you have stayed with your current colorist ). We have also checked all of our communication records with your colorist personally and on the salon’s phone, email, and social media outlets and you have not reached out to management to let anyone know you were unhappy the day of or anytime after services were rendered nor have we gotten any request for a refund. We are open Tuesday - Friday 10-7 and Saturdays 10-4:30 please feel free to reach out anytime during regular business hours so that we might further discuss this matter.
