I came in this morning to get a replacement card, the staff so welcoming, friendly, professional and swift in getting my business quickly taken care of. Best of all I felt like I was at my home bank location - they were so hospitable to me it was as if wed been around each other for years. Great team of people!

This bank is the worst ever. Lazy employees. No customer service. They dont answer the phone. Go somewhere else. These guys dont deserve to be in business.

Where I Needed To Visit A Truist Bank Branch..I'm Closer To The Union Branch, But What Keeps Me Visiting This Location Is Dianne P. Sr.Relationship Banker..She's Exemplary In Her Job..Awesome Customer Service Oriented, And Always Pleasant With A Grateful Smile

I came in today to start up a savings account it was only one person ahead of us .The staff was very friendly and attended. I was able to get everything setup with the account in 15 minutes.
