Chase Bank

Went in for issues with account fees on a savings account no less, the person at the door greeted me and told me he had no one available to assist, asked me to schedule an appointment. No need! After 30 years with Chase, its time to find a bank that does care for their customers and does take care of customers when they come to the Branch. All my accounts with Chase are now closed!

Keysela was an amazing rep. She answered all my questions and even got answers to the international barriers. Helped me use the self service application to open my account and got my direct deposit form for me all in less than 20mins! She knows what shes doing back there and deserves an office on that back wall aha!

Called in for appointment and was told to come at 1PM. When I arrived they told me that there was no one available and asked me to come other day, or wait for 2 or 3 PM and if their appointment doesnt show up then they might be able to help. Just waste of time if you go to this branch better go to the branch at poplar.
