I went to this branch to get a pin for atm card. The staff is very rude. The information that they gave me was inaccurate. They are extremely slow. I went to another branch. They had other people waiting but they were very efficient. The officer retrieved my information and created my pin quickly.

Jessica needs training on customer service skills. She did not greet me when yelling from her office to me saying you can come in here.. That was very rude to me. She never stated her name during the transaction . Also she was still looking at my account when I left because a question she asked me about my name on my card is what she called me about when I left. I dont understand why she didnt check and correct in my presence. However, Marstia was very professional and kind.
