        Great experience! I had my car towed to Central Automotive with a dead battery, after a AAA battery tech told me that my alternator was bad. I was dreading the expense that would inevitably come with the installation of a new alternator and battery. Central Automotive ran diagnostics on my charging system and determined that the alternator was charing within acceptable limits. They replaced my battery, did a courtesy inspection of the vehicle and suggested (but did not hard-sell) some maintenance work. I was back on the road in a couple hours. The service advisor was friendly, straightforward, and even cleaned greasy smudges off the upholstery that were left by the tow truck driver. Above and beyond!
