AutoNation GMC Mendenhall Service Center

I made my appointment on line on Sunday for Monday morning. Laura, my Service Advisor at GMC Mendenhall got my vehicle in at the time of my appointment and quickly ensured that the service was performed and my vehicle returned. I would highly recommend this service center over any GM service center in the immediate area for their professionalism.

It was horrible I wouldn't recommend anyone to take there car there for know kinda work they had my truck four months before they could tell me I needed a engine and they wouldn't give me a rental car almost lost Mt for not having transportation to work and I just got it back about two weeks ago and they have damaged it my has been hit with something I have scratches on it that wasn't on it when they got it and I'm just hoping that they will fix it and they stop answering my calls when they did they would lie to me just to get me off the phone had to call general motor and when they started talking to them then they started working on it the worse service department ever and Ashley wasn't very helpful she told me alot of lies just want the damage to my truck fix and I'm done with Auto natio I give yall two zeros hope I never have to deal with yall again and recommend anyone who sees this take your vehicle elsewhere for service.
