Roosevelt was very helpful with what I needed ,also the young lady that first assisted me I didnt get her name though was helpful. I definitely will come back to this AutoZone. They was very helpful and nice.

I want to acknowledge an employee who was very pleasant upon my arrival in the store. I didnt get her name but she had a few purple braids in her hair and was very pleasant in greeting me while I was waiting on someone to check my battery. She went over and above to make sure I didnt get skipped over as the older gentlemen who waited on me told the technician to help another lady who hadnt been in the store as long as I had. The employee above spoke up and told the technician that I had been there waiting first and made sure I was helped next since I had been waiting at least 30 minutes. I just wanted to make sure a manager knew how valuable this employee is and hope she is rewarded with a well-deserved raise when the time comes for exemplifying what true customer service is.
