    I ordered an axle from this location as a replacement for my wrangler that had been damaged, unfortunately my original order would've required a long wait due to being backordered but their manager (Ryan) went above and beyond to find me a suitable option that could arrive much quicker. Shipping was as fast as expected when it comes to freight and they contacted me quickly to let me know it had been delivered. They seem a little under staffed but everyone does these days, I'd gladly purchase from them again and recommend this location to anyone that needed the parts or service they offer. My only advise is, if you order something heavy, that may require multiple people to lift, bring a trailer they do not have a forklift and I would've hated for these guys to have to load something as heavy as an axle in the back of a pickup truck.

    I would give 4 Wheel Parts corporate zero stars if possible. Do not order so much as a bolt from these people. My girlfriend spent $1,300 on products with them for my Christmas gift. Doing what any responsible person would do, she placed the order on Nov. 28 to give ample time for the holidays to receive product. Christmas rolls around, and we leave town the following day. I get back in town on Jan. 1, and call as soon as Corporate support opens. (Their return window is as follows: full money back to payment method within 30 days, 15-30% restock fee and shipping fee from 31-90 days, and nothing after that.) The following day I spend 3 hours on hold (yes, really) only to get disconnected. I call back the following day and the same story, 3 hour hold time, and am then put on hold during the conversation, and in that time, the call times out. During the brief exchange I had with the first agent, she informed me that putting an extension on the return window would be no problem. I was supposed to receive an email confirmation of the extension. I never received it. I call this store (an hour away from me) and they say they have no indication that my order has even been glanced at by corporate. They also went on to say that "we have to uphold corporate policy and you will be charged a 30% restock fee and given store credit", what a joke. As per their company policy they charge anywhere between 15-30% restocking fee and for whatever reason they were trying to charge the full percentage even after all my headaches. The product is still brand new in box and they refused to call the backdoor to corporate to get this sorted out for me so I wouldn't have to waste another half a day on the phone only to get disconnected again. So I will say the store actually took my call quickly, but that was the only positive of the whole experience. I'm convinced corporate has one person working in the warranty/returns department and that person is deliberately disconnecting calls so as to not have to deal with anyone or give their money back. Guess what though?! If you want to speak to Corporate's sales department, you'll only have to wait about 10 seconds for someone to answer your call and happily take your money to get your order placed. Long story short: AVOID 4WHEELPARTS at all cost

    So I initially wanted to get work done at another shop because of some of the reviews I saw on here. But looking back now I am so glad that I went with 4WP. I have had nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL service here. Very knowledgeable and patient staff for every concern or question I had. My truck has never looked better! They earned a lifelong customer. I strongly recommend them for any of your off-road equipment needs!
