        This place is so ridiculous, my father has had his truck in this shop for OVER A MONTH! Been going back and forth saying the parts are on back order and then had the audacity to text him (not even call) but a TEXT to LOOK FOR THE PART HIMSELF! Like what the heck! This is YOUR job not his! And then insurance isnt offering anymore rental service because of course its been over a month! This is ridiculous!! No call, no nothing! So much lack of communication and this whole situation is just ridiculous. He has a M-F job that he attends to, this place could AT LEAST pick up the phone when he does call or CALL BACK when he leaves a message!
