I take my Jarguar truck to get an estimate on June 7,2022. Brian asked me if it was an insurance claim or if I was paying out of pocket, I told him I was paying out of pocket he ask me to pay for the parts so when I brought my truck back they would already have the parts, so I did that. I brought my truck back August 15 because that's the date he had me on the schedule. They had my truck for 2 months, no communication from them.. I called several times to be told that I would get a callback. Needless to say, no one called me back. So I went to the shop Nov 6th and was told by Joe that they had been trying to get in touch with me but that's wasn't true because the number that they had was wrong. They ever type a letter up why I was there to say that they mail the letter to my home, which I never recieved.I told Joe if I had received the letter I would have called them. After all that, Joe told me that he would move my truck to the front to get repaired. Once that was done, they didn't honor the original estimate . They ended up charging me 3 thousand dollar more than my original estimate. Also, when I finally got my truck back after 3 months, things were wrong with my truck that was working fine when I trusted them with my truck. I am very disappointed and will not recommend them to anyone. They wasnt willing to take ownership of the problems that occurred when my truck was in their care. Now I still have to spend money to see what they did wrong and get it fixed. Where is the accountability here?
