        This atm is down several times a week. There's 3 at the location. The reason this location has such bad reviews and is understaffed is because the manager doesn't do his job. He's rude to customers and doesn't manage the branch at all. During Covid all the banks switched to drive thru. This branch just closed. Although the managers pickup was in the drive thru so they were understaffed. The reason is because the large African American Bank Manger doesn't know what customercare is.

        The ATM is down 50% of the times I try to use it. Either it's completely unusable or it "can't take a deposit at this time". If you go into the bank the wait time is outrageous. Seriously two tellers last week, Wednesday, February 23, 1:00 PM, and I had been waiting 25 minutes. Then one of them went to lunch. ONE teller and there were 15 people in line by that time. There were plenty of loan officers and employees greeting you at the door. I waited a total of 45 minutes to make a deposit.
