Long story short- avoid them. There are better places to shop with better prices, quality and delivery times. Horrible customer service - I spent 40 minutes trying to just get one pair of shoes sent 2 day and sales person took 20 minutes to calculate the shipping cost. (Really?) Wound up just cancelling the entire order because they said their warehouse could take as long as they wanted to get it to Fed Ex. I suspect I won't see a refund either based on the other reviews here. I absolutely hate being a "Karen" because of places like this where I should absolutely have asked for a manger but didn't want to be THAT kind of Karen. LOL

I am very disappointed with Varsity and UF on 9/22. Our high school cheer and dance teams were set to perform at the pregame show at 6:50pm, along with numerous other students and schools from various locations. At 6:46pm, everyone was rushed off of the field and they did not perform the routine. This was first and foremost embarrassing to our cheerleaders and dancers, as they had no idea why this happened. They all worked very hard to learn the material and were on time for an arrival 8 hours prior to game time. This wasnt a free function. I personally feel monies are owed back to the participants as they each paid an entry to perform a routine that was not performed, aside of all additional costs endured throughout the day.

Stop the stay and play! You rip off parents so you can make more money! When things go bad with stay and play it is your problem!
