I enjoyed the ride to both of my appointments call to let me know they called to let me know where outside I can say it's better than Medic left me looking for a ride never called to tell me they didn't have a vendor waited till I found a ride to my appointment also left me waited almost 3 hours to get home call at 11 o'clock on January 20 & didn't get picked up till 2:45 only had to wait less than 30 minutes on Mallory

Called this place literally a min ago. Asked " I have a couple of questions about assitedd living is this the right place?" He said what? I asked the same question again he said " mane look what you trying to ask?" And hangs up in my face. Do not be bring your loved ones up here completely unprofessional!

I do not recommend this transportation service. I was dropped off and left for over 1 hour and a half and noone cane back for me. When I called I was told that the driver said I did not come out WHAT now that was a lie I was sitting outside with a person that works for the office I was at because the building was now closed so I do have proof the driver I ALSO HAVE TEXT MESSAGES AS WELL HE NEVER came. He calls me says Hes on his way NEVER CAME THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE ITS HOT OUT HERE AND MY BLOOD PRESSURE WAS EXTREMELY HIGH I HAD TO HAVE MY INSURANCE COMPAMY CALL ME AN UBER TO GET TO THE ER PLEASE DO NOT RIDE WITH THIS COMPANY
