        Not a customer and apparently won't be. Hours of operation?? 8:00 to 4:30 Monday through Friday? I guess they only cater to extremely well off customers who don't have to actually hold down a normal job for a living.

        Worst customer service imaginable! Great pre-sale, but once they have your money, dont expect much effort. Very rude sales associates and not compassionate whatsoever!

        I purchase a refrigerator on May 27th. As of June 15th it still hasnt been delivered. Its apparently in the warehouse. I paid for the refrigerator on May 27 so Cenwood has had my money for 20 days. I just had to give them my credit for $150.00 charges I was told they couldnt schedule the delivery without getting paid first. I need help.and a refrigerator. What an awful customer experience Ive had so far. So disappointed.
