Trash is left in the hallways and trash builds up in the entrance near the alley, the elevators are always out of service and are very unsafe, tenants are constantly stuck in the elevators, the building is always leaking in the lobby and management has a high turnover (there has been 4 management companies in the 1.5 years I lived here) and usually the staff they hire do not care about tenants at all. Maintenance will enter your apartment without notice. Cars are broken into in the garage on a regular basis. DO NOT live here. Air conditioning units and heating units are switched on and off based on the season so you do not control your own temp in your apartment. The swimming pool has been under construction for the past 3 years. Water is constantly turned off without notice. The fire alarm system is not up to code and there are no fire sprinklers from the 3rd floor up. Most of their website is false or skewed advertising. Utilities are billed through a 3rd party service so you never know what you use vs what you are being charged. I had a studio apartment and my last utility bill for March was $188.00. The 3rd floor is usually where the homeless live and sleep.

This place used to be decent. Keep switching management. MOLD ALL OVER!. Maintenance looks like druggies. Major electrical issues! run for the hills. Elevators are sketchy and the garage! not safe! cars broken into all the time! trash is left inside the garage for weeks. The top floor garage/building entry is dark. The cleaning crew is a joke. There are talks that an undercover environmental investigator moved in. Let's see where that gets us.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Renting here was the worst experience I have ever had. Management is rude, never wants to speak with you properly, and they just want all your money. Heat and AC never worked. Elevators never worked. I would never recommend this to anyone. Don't be fooled by a tour or the "amenities," no ones going to care once you move in. Live anywhere but here if you want the downtown experience.
