I've heard so much about these apartments. Years ago I had a aunt to stay over there and she tells me all the time that these are nice. And that Mrs. Mary was a sweet heart. At this moment I am interested in becoming a tenant over there. I am looking for a place to stay at the moment and I pray that it will be a vacancy by the end of the month for a 3 bedroom.

Would not recommend unless you like living with no air in the hottest months of the years and residents having block parties at the most random times leaving you no where to park. Company works quick to get you in, however still is not a good complex to move to. I lived with this complex an entire year. My air conditioning went out 3 times in the hottest months of the month. Moreover, when my air was out it was out for a week to two weeks at a time. They don’t have enough handy men to get request completed. I called the front office several times about the air; all i was told was to be patient when it was 90 degrees in my apartment most days and nights which made me had to go get a hotel room for those week. But they still expected me to pay FULL rent & ON TIME. CHILD PLEASE!!! But trust they was prepared to add the late fees and to file eviction with the quickest.

Horrible place, infested with Roaches, mold and mildew from the water leaks that get temporarily fixed. Maintenance man doesn't know what he is doing, Air & heat doesn't work alot of times, dishwasher has mold and mildew inside, it takes them forever to fix major problems water leaks are a number one priority especially when a tenant has small children, they charge for things that they should have already fixed such as carpet, storm doors, broken windows. Sandra and Ms. Mary are the worst, they sit and gossip about other tenants, and also steal money. Would not recommend and will not be resigning my lease. MRG needs to be reported to All the news stations on how horrible some of these properties are and how horrible they have there tenants living in certain conditions.

I will be paying Corporate a visit for mold and mildew in my sister's apartment ( I have pics) her carpet has been wet for a week and the office has been notified.shes been afraid to say anything in fear of getting evicted but at this point, her health comes first......this is not Lillie ..im writing on her behalf
