        Nice, quiet so far no crime so far. Clean landscapes, renters quiet, office people ok one kind of stand office but she ok sort of.

        I stayed there for 2 years overall was good stay I just didnt like the fact neighbors above me had a lot of kids so it was noisy. Anything that I had a problem they got it fix I rather deal with Ms.Vanti in the office she was very helpful during my stay there and professional and nice. They are not bad apartments. I stayed to myself during my time there.

        Very nasty dirty apartments they have roaches and rats in the apartments mine had dead rats in the apartment at move in my water pipe busted n the bathroom we never use the cabinet and closets threw out the apartment it smelled really bad in the unit at move in the floors was dirty with spots all over them the people in the office was really nasty and rude they didnt care my apartment was as broken into they said I had to pay for the damages but I have a police report on file the gang violence in the apartments is outta control they always shooting I hate the apartments over all nothing was good about the apartment only thing that was new as the keys to the doors the security guards jumped out on my kids getting out of a Lyft and pulled they guns out but nothing was done when the apartment was broken into Pershing park apartments needs to be shut down

Recently remodeld, Perhing Park is surrounded by a lushly wooded area , on the northeast side of Frayser. This community is located on the MATA busline and is in walking distance to Corning Elementry School and Frayser High School. The Neighborhood Christian Center is a part of the commuity that involves residents and their families in programs and activities. The Tood Creek Co-Act unit is also located at Pershing Park and offers several programs for the community.
