I work at The Helix at the District Apartments and just wanted to brag on this company. We have used them two times in the past 2 weeks and they have been absolutely wonderful. Jordan was the employee that came out to do the work and he had the most amazing attitude. Each time he left he told us to "Remember we are open 24/7". We will be sure to tell everyone we know to use Rushing!

Never returned my call. Was told they were coming to my house in a few hours and I took off work all day. My central ac wasn't working so I called them as my retired HVAC guy referred me to them. I know I wasn't on their regular schedule but they told me they'd be over in a few hours. Then I never heard back. Took off work the following day thinking maybe they would show in the morning, nothing. No call nothing. Called another company Air doctors of Memphis they came over in a few hours the following day. But that cost me 3 days off of work. Just a phone call from Rushing telling me " no, there's no way we could fit you in" ... I would have been fine with that rather than lose 2 days of income (I'm self employed).
