        This isnt about every stylist there, just one. The old woman that works there that said she knew how to cut curly hair and lied needs to lose her job. My husband asked her if she knew how and she confidently said yes. She then had him take his glasses off until she was done which I know is routine however he had no way of knowing anything was wrong until she started freaking out about it shrinking as it dried. If you knew how to cut curly hair you would have known this. My husband also tipped her as not to hurt her feelings but her feelings need hurt for being a liar and terrible at her job. She should not be allowed to touch anyone elses hair. I wish I knew her name to let everyone know. Just overall a horrible experience and now my husband says Im the only person allowed to cut his hair because I listen to him, she ought to be ashamed and quit and I hope she reads this and does.

        We had the BEST experience at Great clips today! Both Chance and Treeah did an AMAZING job with my children who are TERRIFIED of haircuts. They were patient, kind and listened to exactly what I was asking for. Im so thankful to have a place I can take my children for a great cut with great people!
