        I don't understand why it's up to the manager (Ashley) to get to decided how much to take off if any on damaged packaging. I've bought ripped bales before and some times I get 15% off 10% or 5%...why isnt there a set rate? Or if your the manager Ashley who wants to be grumpy you don't give any discount? Damaged packaging should be a fixed discount not a dealer choice.

        Worst hours of any farm store Ive ever seen. Who thinks opening later on a weekend than during the week is a good move? Cant wait to move out of this small town where there is never any common sense used and theres more options than ONE store

        Had my wife to pick up a bag a dog food,she was told that it was on the bottom of the pallet and it wont be till monday till they could get to it. Called and the manager started to give excuses saying that she would of had to wait an hour or so to get said bag of dog food. When that was not the case. Lieing and back stepping will not get you my business. I Will be going else where for my dog food for now on.
