Very disappointed in this shop and the service we received. They did not fix what they said they did and our car runs even worse than before we took it in. I have very little patience for mechanics that lie and take your money. Considering the reviews and those that spoke highly of this shop in a local group, I was very surprised when I drove my car away and it continued to have issues, some new ones that were not happening before, and still has a very serious oil leak that they said was fixed on their notes. Edit to add (3/4/24) after owners response: This is the correct shop. My husband brought our vehicle in.

Excellent work, people are wonderful to work with in solving and repairing issues. I only wish I would have found Import Motorworks much earlier! Anyone needing expert craftsmanship and fair pricing go to Import Motorworks!

I like to share with anyone who is in question about my experience at Import Motor Works. I had the best experience a person can ask for starting with the greeting and feeling welcome from staff and everyone inside the building. I have a Porsche Panamera and I take this car to them with every and any situation Ive had with my car, they were very knowledgeable. Also, everything was fixed properly and my car is running as if it was brand new. I like to point out 3 years or 36,000 miles on a warranty And Id like to mention you have to use their parts. They also have free towing when you allow them to fix your car. They honor that and stand by their products Ive sent of my customers and foreign car owners directly to themEvery person has called me back and said they had the same experience. I give them a five star review on cleanliness, customer service knowledge And must punctuate that I had a loaner car as well. Lucas, Ben, Chris and the list of others made my life. Better prices are very cheaper than the dealership. BMW Audi mini Cooper Land Rover Range Rover Porsche this is the perfect home for your services and auto repairs..

Great service and friendly staff from the phone calls to let me know what was happening to when to expect my car would be ready. Fast and reliable service. Highly recommend.
