        This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever dealt with. I have a BoatMate trailer that is under factory warranty that has defective bunkboard brackets that BoatMate will not pay the authorized Nautique dealer to repair. My boat is totally unsafe to tow with the condition of this trailer. BoatMate's customer service manager (Michal Haney) suggested that I take the trailer to another fabrication shop to have the repair completed. This makes zero sense to me. I will not buy another boat that has a BoatMate trailer underneath it.

        Their employees continue to park in a designated area that is not meant for them. The company that I work for, pays for parking.. and their employees continue to violate that agreement.

        Doesn't answer the phone or call back. Left five voicemails and never got a call back. Then it says to email a certain guy who went on vacation for two weeks. Would not recommend
