Theyve taken my photos at various events for several years and they never disappoint. The customer service, quality of pictures, and overall experience is always great.

PhotoPlay was hired to take photos at my graduation. I wish the school had chosen someone, anyone, else! Out of all the photos they took, I'd say only half of them are halfway decent. They caught my photo at a bad time, I was making a stupid face, and my best friend had her eyes closed and mouth wide open in hers. Many of the photos are like this. It's like they didn't even care enough to take more than one photo. The prints are also incredibly expensive. $20 for one photo?? Plus $5 for shipping. No thank you, I can get it done literally anywhere else for much cheaper! Customer service is also terrible. My boyfriend emailed them with a question and they responded over a week later without answering his question. I wanted to visit their "studio" to order prints for my boyfriend (he was lucky that his came out decently). The place is very hard to find because they rent out a house but didn't bother putting up any signs saying that's their location. I called to ask for directions and the woman on the phone said not to even bother because it's a waste of time to go to the physical location when you can order online. I said I'd already taken the time to drive to the location so I'd like to physically order a copy. She insisted that I do it online. Overall, terrible qualify of photos that are stupidly overpriced along with poor customer service. I would rate them 0/5 stars if I could.
