        The folks in the store were great. I don't know paint. They listened to what I wanted to do, made a suggestion, easy. Then when I wanted to pay, they encouraged me to "come back tomorrow" when the sale started. Sorry I didn't get the man's name, but I saw him the next day when I picked up the paint and thanked him. Well done!

        The best place in Maryville to buy paint. Our favorite sales person is Ruben. He takes time to help me make sure that I have the right paint and goes as far as to take the samples into different lights to show me how they will contrast and look in different places. He also always leads me in the right direction for the right type of paint that I need. We go to the store looking for him to be there for his knowledge and expertise.

        UPDATE: My assessment of Emerald paint still stands, BUT I will give Sherman Walliams credit for making it right by replacing the Emerald paint with the MUCH more durable Super Paint and the problem was solved to my satisfaction thanks to Rob the manager. Still a loyal Sherman Williams customer... I have been a loyal SW customer for over 30 years and have recommended your Super Paint to many of my friends and family, but I will NEVER use Emerald paint again. I painted a 21sqft bathroom March Wind Gray satin over Dover White satin and I used a whole gallon for 1 coat. Super Paint only used 3/4 gallon for 2 coats. The sales rep said I used the wrong roller and need to use a special one developed for Emerald...WHAT! But the real reason I am not happy is it's poor durability. A week later I actually rubbed it off the wall while cleaning up a caulk line and had 3m painters tape pull huge sections off. VARY disappointing
