        Regularly come here couple times a week, staff is always incredibly kind and helpful and always ensuring food is up to standard. Food always tastes great and makes you feel good.

        I eat here all the time. The food is spot on, the employees will help with your macros if you need to know for any dish. I've never tried their meal plans, but I intend to. It's a much better option than deep fried everything.

        The flatbread was good. I got a buffalo chicken wrap and I only ate half. Thats probably the best thing lol but I just wasnt liking it and if I had more time I probably would have requested another item. The Mac and cheese was okay. I guess with healthier options you have to sacrifice certain expectations because it was not bad but it was not good either. It was ok. Overall I was happy with the energy bites they were my favorite. I loved how the water was infused with fruit and herbs. The staff was kind and helpful.
