Jacob and the Loys team did an amazing job on our backyard project. They installed new beds, leveled our backyard, and installed sod. They were timely, efficient, and very easy to work with. We had no landscaping experience at all when Jacob met with us to discuss design and plant selection. He had very creative ideas and patiently answered all of our many questions. He asked questions himself and listened to our answers. It took a little while for us to decide what we wanted and we ended up splitting the job into phases, but throughout that process he remained patient and professional. Once the decisions were made, the job was done quickly and Jacob was in constant communication to make sure we were happy with everything. I can highly recommend this company based on our experience. They were honest and thorough, and the finished product is beautiful and better than we imagined. Looking forward to seeing everything in bloom this spring!
