Words cannot adequately express the appreciation that we have to Joni and the LaForce Agency. Dealing with insurance can be less than joyful but Joni made us feel like she was part of our family. We really felt taken care of from start to finish. Although most of our communications were as a result of hardship, it was always a pleasure speaking with Joni. We recently relocated out of State and Joni stayed with us through the transition and helped us get set up with a new agency. We will miss Joni. Thanks for everything that you did for us.

Ask for Chuck Morrow. Marvelous customer service. He will not waste your time. 1. I didn't have to sit through one million questions for him to get me a couple of quotes. 2. The quotes were also extremely lower than the other companies I had called. 3. Call him first.

I switched from State Farm to Allstate due to rising premium costs and diminishing customer service. I found Joy Laforce to be my nearest agent. I met with Chuck Morrow to set up policies on my home and two vehicles. He was very knowledgeable about the application process and asked several questions to customize plans that were best for my needs. In addition, Chuck is very personable and was a pleasure to work with. The entire staff made a point to speak to me as I walked into and out of the office. I am very happy to have made the switch to Allstate and be in the "good hands" of the Joy Laforce agency. I highly recommend them!!!
