Today was the WORST experience Ive had with this pharmacy.
At 11am I went to get a covid test kit, the pharmacy cashier I believe her name was Maggie said we are really busy so its going to take awhile for me to look it up to make sure its covered. I told her I would come back later no worries.
I came back at 4pm, and had a different person. He put the order in and it was covered right away, told me it would be 10 mins.
20 mins later I come back and Maggie is there again and tells me its going to be another 15 mins that the pharmacist is FINISHING up shots.
I drove back around and waited a few mins before getting back in the pick up line. Im pretty patient with only one car in front of me, until I WAITED OVER 45mins because I became blocked in and eventually had to tell the person to pull up so I could go in at this point. When I went inside and asked for my kit, Maggie said its going to be awhile the pharmacist is still giving shots
(Who does the scheduling because yikes!)
Its after 5pm, they close at 6pm. More than 6 cars were waiting in the pick up line STILL. Just letting people sit and wait well over 30 mins with no information is so unprofessional. I dont understand why they wouldnt have the line continue to move so people could at least know the wait time... thank god I didnt immediate medication.

For years I went there to get a flu shot and it took 5 minutes. The past 2 years I've had to make an appointment. The 1st year the pharmacist told me appointments were required. There were 4 people in the store. I called and made an appointment for 2 days later...had to wait 20 minutes to get a shot. This year the woman on the phone shouted that I'd have to make an appointment online and I did. Got there and waited 30 minutes with 6 others who'd been given the same appointment time.
