Skyhawk Rentals

Skyhawk rentals (formerly known as Martin Rentals) is not worth your time or money. I made the mistake of renting from them. Youre better off renting from literally anywhere else in Martin. The people in the office are rude (and frankly, give off mean-girl-peaked-in-high-school-vibes), maintenance is a joke, and they will straight up lie to you during your tour to get you to sign the lease papers. The worst rental experience Ive ever had. These people do not care.

Do not rent from them! My husband and I ended our lease early due to a move, but they sent us to a collection agency. We moved out by Jan. 31. They charged our account on Friday March 8th, said it was due the same due the same day, and sent us to collections by that Tuesday. Luckily I looked on the app on that Wednesday because I did not receive any notice of charges to my account. And when I tried calling them to discuss it, they were not willing to talk to me since I was already in collections. Dirty way to do business. I will never rent from them ever again, and I really hope you don't get screwed like my family has.

Skyhawk rentals is a great place to rent from! When I had an issue with our stove, I called the office and Mason put a work order in for me. They are very helpful!

Mason was very respectful and knowledgeable when coming to do the quarterly inspections. They even helped me place a work order while they were there.
