My frat brothers and I have stayed at LEN Haven for homecoming the past ten years,we noticed that they got rid of the rugs and now have tiled floors.However we really think it's time they get rid of those flower comforters,we have old pics showing the same sheets.I just don't believe a company is still making those comforters, but other than that we love THE HAVE!

New owners since last year. Have stayed there over the years, since Martin is my hometown. Still the same low price, but these owners have put a lot a lot a lot ofnwork into it. New floors throughout, all hard floors, no more carpet. Brand new beds, super comfy. Newer hvac units in the rooms i saw. Saw a frat review about sheets, I saw New sheets and new towels, most places have spotty towels and sheets, not this place anymore. Super impressed with the changes. Also convenient FULL SIZED laundromat owned by the hotel ON THE PROPERTY. Perfect for short or long term stays. Think it should be mandatory that when a place switches owners the old reviews fall off and they get to make their own, so with that being said 10/10 recommend and definitely kudos to the new owners for turning the place into a whole new experience without price gouging like other hotels in town. A much more homey feel than other hotels in the area.
