I've been banking with this bank for more 3 years now and for me to have to wait 8 days for a check that's in my name from an insurance company claim to clear all because the lady who works at my bank where I bank. Said she was on hold from the company to clear the check for 10 minutes she hung up. Also told me she didn't have to be on hold. Wow I thought you worked for the community of the account holders at this bank. I'm not going to call her out on here but I plan on filling a complaint..I'm switching banks as soon as the check clears. Awful bank managers there. In Martin Tennessee on Skyhawks drive

This bank closes at 12 on Saturday, not 1:00 like it says on Google!
