        I called on Friday before New Years and really did not expect anyone to answer the phone. It seems everyone thinks that it is ok to close down 3 days before the holiday! Thankfully, Brett answered the phone and within minutes was working on my new policy. He had it completed with 2 hours and set up with the mortgage company. That is what you call excellent service. Spot on Brett!
